Clear and Fair Pricing
At Rezbook Online, we make sure our pricing is clear and straightforward. While we may change prices on our website from time to time, any bookings you've already confirmed will stay at the price you paid. Prices are shown in your chosen currency, and exchange rates are updated every day, so the price may change daily. However, once you make your booking, the exchange rate at that time will be locked in for any changes or additions to your booking.

- German Twin Rooms: These rooms feature two separate single beds placed side by side, giving you the feel of a double room. In certain Scandinavian hotels, Twin rooms may include one single bed and a sofa bed, or Triple rooms might offer two single or double beds along with a sofa bed.
- North American Rooms: Our Double and Twin rooms may include a single bed, with the option to request separate beds (though not guaranteed). For more space, Triple and Quad rooms typically come with two double beds.
- Children’s Bedding: In destinations across Australia, North America, and Asia, children generally share existing bedding. Additional rollaway beds are available for a small fee.
- Breakfast for Children: While children under 12 years old who stay for free are not entitled to complimentary breakfast, you can enjoy various breakfast options at the hotel for an extra cost.
Please note: Services like minibar items, meals, and laundry are not included in the room price and must be paid directly to the hotel.

- Damage Responsibility: As the booker, you’re responsible for any damage during your stay. Please treat the space with care!

- Extra Charges: Utility fees (electricity, water, etc.), phone use, and other services are charged separately.
- Occupancy Limits: Don’t exceed the maximum number of guests, including infants. Overcrowding may lead to extra charges.
- Security Deposit: A deposit might be required on arrival to cover incidental charges. It’s refundable if everything’s in order!

- Grade 5: Exceptional quality with luxury amenities and superior service.

You can book your stay up to 24 hours before your arrival. During major events, trade fairs, or conferences (referred to as "Special Events"), specific terms may apply.
Payment Policy: The final payment is due immediately when requested, prior to the travel date. No vouchers (such as for hotel, car or tours) will be issued until the final payment is received.
Please note that payment conditions for certain hotels, car rental, and tours may vary. These conditions will be provided at the time of booking page. Also, be aware that the final payment may differ from the original quote if there are fluctuations in exchange rates or price increases by suppliers.
Booking Cancellations: If payment is not received on time, your booking will be automatically canceled.
Instant Confirmation: Receive a confirmation email in 2 minutes for "Available" items. For "On Request" bookings, we will reach out to suppliers and confirm availability within 48 hours.

- Cooling-Off Perks: Booked more than 72 hours in advance? Enjoy a 24-hour cooling-off period where cancellations are free of charge. (Does not apply to Special Event bookings.)

- Cancellation Charges: Cancel early and pay less! Charges depend on when you cancel and the accommodation type. Be mindful of Special Event bookings, where 100% cancellation fees apply.

- Eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (credit or debit card).

- Tour Modifications: If a tour provider changes or cancels a tour, we’ll offer you a new option, a different time, or a full refund. Your adventure continues!
